Statement of Purpose
Initially, to secure, prepare, position and scuttle the ex HMAS Canberra as an artificial reef and scuba diving location in Victorian waters as a the centerpiece of a vision of Victoria as a world class temperate water diving destination. Subsequently, to secure, prepare, position and scuttle other suitable dive wrecks in keeping with the vision.
