VARS puts delay concerns to the Minister of Defence

VARS writes to Dr Brandan Nelson, Minister of Defence,
about its concerns with the ongoing delays in securing the
ex HMAS Canberra and subsequent preparation and sinking of
this vessel as a dive wreck.
